Since 1976, St. Louis Spirits Gymnastics Club has helped generations of athletes grow stronger in both skill and self-belief. As the region’s oldest private gymnastics club, Spirits carries a legacy built on family, discipline, and joy in movement.
OUR PROGRAMS
Our programs, coaches and facilities are aligned to meet the highest standards of USA Gymnastics and the Amateur Athletic Union. We help athletes train to thrive in their gymnastics pursuits, be it competitive or recreational.
