4-CLASS TRIAL PROGRAM.
Four classes give your child time to feel comfortable, build confidence, and experience what Spirits is really like—while helping us make sure they’re starting in the right place.
Why Four Classes?
One class can feel unfamiliar. Over four classes, your child can settle in, get to know their coach, learn the routine, and begin building confidence. You’ll also have time to experience Spirits and decide whether we feel like the right fit for your family.
DURING YOUR 4-CLASS TRIAL PROGRAM, YOUR CHILD CAN:
During the four classes, your child will participate just like everyone else in the class. They’ll have time to:
- Get comfortable in the gym and learn the class routine
- Get to know their coach and other gymnasts
- Experience four full classes
- Begin learning skills at an appropriate level
- Build confidence from class to class
- Make sure Spirits feels like the right fit
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 4-CLASSES?
At the end of the trial program, we’ll connect with you about the best next step. For Tumbling Tigers and Tumbling, that will usually mean continuing in the same class. For school-age gymnastics, we’ll recommend the class level that best fits your child.

Your child completes their four-class trial in the class they may continue attending. If it feels like a good fit, they can remain in that same class as a member.

Your child also completes their trial in the class they may continue attending. If they’re ready to join, they can remain in that class and transition into membership.
SCHOOL-AGE GYMNASTICS
WE’LL RECOMMEND A LEVEL
During the four classes, the coach will gently get to know your child’s current skills, confidence, and readiness. Most new gymnasts continue into Level 2. Children who arrive with more established skills may be recommended for a higher-level class.
Your child is not being formally tested. The coach is simply getting to know them while they participate so we can recommend a class where they’ll feel comfortable, appropriately challenged, and successful.
