50 YEARS OF SPIRITS
Since 1976, Spirits has been helping children grow stronger in body and confidence. What began in a small church gym has grown into one of the oldest family owned gymnastics clubs in the St. Louis area. For five decades, we have trained athletes of all levels while staying true to our mission of nurturing Health Esteem in every child.
This celebration honors the generations of families, coaches, and athletes who have helped shape our story and the future still to come.
