Give Your Gymnasts a Strong Start to Meet Season at the 2026 Spirits StrongHer Invitational
Choosing the right early-season competitions is about more than finding an open weekend on the calendar. Coaches want a meet that is organized, welcoming and capable of giving athletes a positive experience they can carry into the rest of the season.
The 2026 Spirits StrongHer Invitational, held November 20–22, 2026, offers exactly that.
Hosted by St. Louis Spirits Gymnastics Club in St. Louis, Missouri, the StrongHer Invitational brings together talented athletes, supportive coaches and enthusiastic families for a competition weekend centered on strong gymnastics, team spirit and memorable moments.
A Missouri State-Qualifying Meet
The 2026 Spirits StrongHer Invitational is a USA Gymnastics-sanctioned event and has been designated as a Missouri State-Qualifying Meet.
Competition is available for:
- USAG Levels 2–10
- Xcel Bronze–Sapphire
With such a broad range of levels, gyms can bring athletes from across their competitive programs to participate in one shared meet weekend. It is a great opportunity for younger competitors to gain experience while watching and learning from accomplished upper-level gymnasts.
A Meet Designed with the Athlete Experience in Mind
At Spirits, we understand that a successful meet is measured by more than scores.
For some athletes, the StrongHer Invitational may be one of their first major competitions. For others, it may be an important opportunity to qualify, build momentum or compete alongside their teammates. We want every gymnast to leave feeling recognized for her effort and proud of what she accomplished.
Our awards structure helps make the experience especially meaningful:
- Event medals are awarded to 50% of competitors at all levels.
- All-around trophies are awarded to 100% of athletes in Levels 2–4 and Xcel Bronze and Silver.
- All-around trophies are awarded to 50% of athletes at all other levels.
From stepping onto the competition floor to standing on the awards podium, our goal is to create moments gymnasts will remember long after meet weekend is over.
Welcoming Teams to the Home of St. Louis Spirits
The StrongHer Invitational is hosted at St. Louis Spirits Gymnastics Club, where families can experience the energy of gymnastics up close in a spirited, welcoming environment.
Our gym has proudly served the St. Louis community for 50 years. We understand the time, preparation and trust involved whenever a coach chooses a competition for their athletes. Our team is committed to providing clear communication and an organized experience for participating gyms, coaches, athletes and families.
2026 Entry Fees and Deadlines
Entry Fees
- Levels 2–5 and Xcel Bronze and Silver: $110 per athlete
- Levels 6–10 and Xcel Gold–Sapphire: $125 per athlete
- Team entry per level, using the top three scores: $45
Important Dates
- Entry deadline: September 30, 2026 (postmarked)
- Refund deadline: October 25, 2026
- Last day for level changes: November 15, 2026
USAG age groups will be used and may be subdivided. Athletes’ ages will be determined as of November 22, 2026.
Reserve Your Team’s Place
To register, mail a copy of your USAG registration with your check and clearly indicate which team levels are included in your payment. Please also make sure all athlete registrations are updated on the USAG website.
