July 9-13, 2018
Team camp is for any gymnast that is working at USAG Level 3 or higher. At Spirits this includes Little Cyclones, Lightning, Pre-Team and Level 3 and up. In addition to reviewing the correct techniques for the basic profile skills, these gymnasts will work on strengthening their weak areas on all events. Gymnasts will concentrate on the skills needed for their particular level as well as additional skills in which they express an interest. The emphasis will be on safety while at the same time pushing them to higher level of correctness and difficulty. Our team campers get one afternoon off to play at the pool and have fun in the sun before it’s back to work getting ready for their parent show. Be prepared to be impressed! Two 1-day Camps
Most of the kids are off of all of their school and social activities at this time, so it’s a great time to get them in the gym! We will be ready to help them burn off their extra energy and spend time with their friends. All children will work at their own pace to improve their skills and stay physically active throughout the day. We will break for lunch as well as have a morning and afternoon break. They will work on all of the pieces of equipment that day including vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline, power track and of course, the pit! We will have crafts and movies available for those who need to take short breaks from all of this physical fun!

Kids are out of school? What to do with them? They could want you to entertain them all day OR veg out in front of the television OR they could have an incredible physical fitness day of fun with us! Camp runs all day long with before and after care available. This allows you to get to and from work while they hang out (literally) with us. Of course we take breaks to rest and re-energize, but the rest of the time we are running, jumping, laughing and learning. The gym is a great place to spend a day off of school. It will make you wish every day was a day off of school! Wait a minute, the kids already do!
Are you interestied in cheerleading? Are you planning to tryout this year? Do you need to work on your tumbling? You have come to the right place! We are experts in tumbling! These clinics are designed for student with some minimum ability requirements so we can work on drills, drill and more drills to put them in the best position for success with their tumbling. Students wo already have back handspring will work to clean them up and move beyond them to even bigger skills like front and back saltos, aerials and eventually twisting skills!
